Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed and paid for on business days (excluding bank transfers) are processed and handed over to PostNL or DHL, or Fedex (international) within 3 working days in 95% of cases. Based on our experience, delivery takes approximately 1 to 5 days. Once your order has been handed over to PostNL,DHL or Fedex, you will receive a notification with a Track & Trace number.

Wall stickers that are custom-made require additional time. The delivery time for these items is between 1 and 7 working days. Custom-made wall stickers can often be identified by the option to choose a size and/or color.

Shipping with PostNL

All our packages and letters are shipped via PostNL.
The courier will attempt delivery of your wall stickers once. If you are not at home, your package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up location. Please keep an eye on your Track & Trace code. You will then have 1 week to collect your order at a time that suits you.

Packages that are not collected within 1 week will be returned to us. We may charge an additional fee to resend the package.

Right of Withdrawal

Returning Your Order

As a private consumer, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal (under the "distance selling law"), which allows you to cancel the purchase of non-customized products and/or services within 14 working days after receiving the products, without providing a reason.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Stickerkamer - Rentmeesterstraat 19, 2288GW Rijswijk - +31 15-2024288 - info@stickerkamer.nl) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package domestic and wordwide may vary, depending on the carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for resale, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged when returning it.

To use this right, please contact us at info@stickerkamer.nl. We will refund the owed order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, provided that the product has been received in good condition.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• The product is custom-made.
• The product is not prefabricated and has been manufactured according to your individual selection of color and/or size or tailored to your personal preferences.
• You are purchasing as a business or as an individual acting on behalf of a business or profession.
• The product is damaged or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect or test the product. In such cases, we may charge you for the depreciation in value.

We request that you notify us of your intention to withdraw via email (info@stickerkamer.nl) or by registered mail. You may use the European Model Withdrawal Form for this purpose. We will process your request within 2 working days and send you a confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within this period, please contact us.
