Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all our wall stickers and static window stickers. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your sticker must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the order number of your purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@stickerkamer.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your wall stickers or window stickers are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized stickers
  • Stickers that have been used or applied
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


14-Day Legal Cooling-Off Period in the EU

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The stickers must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@stickerkamer.com.
